Return & Exchange Policy

• We want you to love your experience at Wedgemen. Try them in the comfort of your home and if you are not satisfy with the product or there is a size issue, exchange it within a week of receiving your order.
• Please make sure the product must be unused and in original condition, with the original packaging.
• We don't offer REFUNDS.
• No Exchange on DISCOUNTED / SALE items.

• Before dispatching the parcel, our quality checking department “Always” checked the product in 360 degree for better customer experience..
• But if you received the defective/faulty product from our end, so you can ask us for an exchange with the same product or different product if previous one did not available .
• Please note that claim your exchange within a week of your order.

How to measure size accurately?

• Consider our all sizes in EURO / US , we attached the size chart and size guide with each product’s details with named “SIZE CHART”, before placing an order or asking for size exchange, follow the link for size chart and guidance Size Chart

Exchange Policy

• If you ordered a wrong size  and like to have a different size, you are most welcome for exchange. For size exchange customer will bear charges, Rs 1000 (includes delivery charges, material & labor cost) for every exchange you ask.
• Replacement parcel will be booked, rider will deliver new parcel and collect previous one from you.
• Make sure the product must be unused and in original condition, with the original packaging.

• If wrong product is sent mistakenly by us, wedgemen will bear charges. Replacement procedure will be same.

Warranty 

Do you provide any warranty?

• We want our customer to love Wedgemen Handcrafted Leather Shoes.
• We give 3 months of warranty of our product.
• If a product break with in the time frame, then you can ask for same new product.
• Wedgemen creates and designs products with love and we are sure about it that our product can be last for 2 years easily.
